The MadgeTech ThermoVault Oven Temperature Recorder features a heavy-duty 304 stainless steel case with PTFE insulation that enables it to profile ovens at 6620F for up to 12 minutes or 2120F for up to 62 minutes. Capable of instantly recording, storing, and date stamping data in real-time, it can be controlled by a PC and includes easy-to-use WindowsR-based software. Available in 1 and 4-channel versions that can record 16,383 and 26,214 per channel, respectively, the MadgeTech ThermoVault oven Temperature Recorder can perform from one reading every two seconds to one every 12 hours. This compact device measures 4.8"L x 4.8"W x 2.5"H, is N.I.S.T. certified.
