Shipping your order

We work with TNT Parcel Service (Royal Dutch Parcel POST)
This is a high quality European parcel distributor that is delivering your parcel low-cost at reasonable speed.

Our RULES for delivery !

Somebody must be PRESENT at the delivery address !
Only give a delivery address were people are present to open te door and take the parcel.
Your order will be delivered by Parcel Courier. The parcel will not fit thru your mailbox. The courier steps out of his car and will ring on your door to deliver the parcel. When you take receipt of the parcel, you have to sign for receipt. If there is nobody home, the driver will go away and the delivery will not take place. They only come back 1-2 times.

For Fast & Easy Delivery

	If you are not at home, give your work address as delivery address.
	Give a delivery address be of somebody else that is home all the time. (friends, parents, neighbours, etc)
	Make arrangements with your (near) neighbours
	Important : For customer who live in apartments that have a locked front door with a door-code, we need the door code ! We see this a lot in cities like Paris and Brussels ! The courier can not deliver the package.

For payment we accept :

	Credit Card on-line handling by PayPal (very safe and very Secure !!!)
	If you really hate on-line handling of your card, we can also do it manually at our office. Please e-mail us and ask for our credit card fill-out form. Then you can *FAX* this back to us.
	iDEAL transactions. (only for The Netherlands)
	Pre-Pay by Bank Transfer. We send you a proforma invoice by e-mail with our banking details. You pay by electronics banking. At receipt of your payment we ship to you.
