Pressure resistant sensors

Applications like hydraulic cylinders and valves require sensors to withstand medium or high pressure environment. A rugged sensor housing and approrpaite sealing enable their direct integration into the pressurized assembly. Pressure resistant sensor are often an ideal candidate for non-pressurized applications with very high protection (IP) requirement or dirty and chemically aggressive environment.

Series DF LVDT (full bridge) stroke range 2 … 125 mm pressure resistant up to 350 bar body extends outside pressurized area 4-hole flange, option: threaded flange

Series DGB / DGO / DGU LVDT (full bridge) stroke range 25 … 1000 mm pressure resistant up to 250 (DGU) / 300 (DGB) / 450 (DGO) bar sensor body in pressurized area easy thread mounting

Series DM extremely compact LVDT (full bridge) more than 16 mm stroke out of 30 mm body length ideal for pressurized applications up to 200 bar cylindrical or threaded case

Series DPL/DPN/DPO/DPU LVDT (full bridge) stroke range 25 … 1000 mm pressure resistant up to 320 bar sensor body in pressurized area 4-hole flange Also available with intergral electronics.

Series WP eddy-current sensor outstanding body-to-stroke ratio half-bridge sensor with sleeve core stroke range 60 … 1000 mm pressure resistant up to 320 bar sensor body in pressurized area 4-hole flange ideal for high-speed displacement option: spring-loaded probe version
